Verlando Frazier is a Retired Marine with more than 24 years of honorable and faithful service. Verlando is married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Verlando has earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Central Texas, a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hotel Management), Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Atlanta, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Education and Psychology) Temple University. As the Financial Secretary of NABVETS - Chapter 0069 from 2010 to the present. Mr. Frazier takes his position very seriously. He is professional in his demeanor and the performance of his duties. He is well versed when he articulates his input, suggestions, and concerns regarding the Chapter; and his expertise in preparing financial documents has allowed the Chapter to present accurate reports that are forwarded by the State Command Council of the state of North Carolina to the headquarters of NABVETS. In addition to his professionalism, Mr. Frazier is dedicated and supportive of the activities sponsored at the local, state, and national levels of NABVETS. As a veteran, he is very much aware and concerned about the plight of those who are serving and have served the United States of America to ensure that its citizens continue to enjoy the freedom that comes at a high price. Verlando has also been a member of the Magnanimous Community Mentoring since 2010, serving as a Community Mentor.
