Earn your high school diploma at Miller motte college!

The Basics

  • You can earn an accredited high school diploma on Miller-Motte’s Campus
  • Plan to come to their campus. 2-3 times per week
  • Complete the high school program at your own pace, in as few as 12 weeks 
  • You’ll then be a high school graduate and can enroll in Miller-Motte.


For People Who:

  • Don’t have a high school diploma
  • Have had challenges completing the GED
  • Are any age
  • Are interested in enrolling Miller-Motte

Coastal carolina community college

High School Equivalency Program

Starting college, changing careers, or fulfilling requirements to enter the workforce can be exciting and rewarding when students are equipped with the tools for success.

The College and Career Readiness Program (formerly known as Basic Skills) at Coastal Carolina Community College offers three comprehensive programs that are designed to help students at various levels gain the basic skills they need to become career and college ready:

  • Adult Basic Education (ABE)
  • Adult Secondary Education (ASE)
  • English as a Second Language (ESL)

To pre-register:

Pre-registration is completed on campus in the Academic Studies Center (ASC), which is located in Room 200 of the Kenneth B. Hurst Continuing Education Building. The ASC is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-9:00pm, and Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm. No appointment is necessary, but a government-issued photo ID is required.
